In the Philippines, although we don’t have royalties here, we do recognize Kings of their respective fields such as:
- the King of Philippine Movies/Cinema, Fernando Poe Jr.;
- the Comedy King, Dolphy;
- Concert King, Martin Nievera;
- King of Philippine Rap Music, Francis Magalona, etc.
What do these kings have in common? ROYAL TREATMENT of course!
Here are some royal treatments enjoyed by kings and other members of the royal family:
- Neverending service morning until night.
- Elegant and Functional Clothing Designs.
- eXcellent Service at a snap of their fingers.
- Ultimate VIP treatment and First Dibs.
- Security and Control is a priority.
Most of these are also applicable with people who are not really royalties but we consider as Kings, except for a few, minor changes of course. Wouldn’t it be awesome to be treated like a king, experience premium and first class of everything?
So let me ask you…
Have you ever stopped and wondered what it would be like to live with the King?
Before you answer that question, I have another question for you…..
- Have you noticed the ACRONYM I used to enumerate the list of Royal treatment that kings experience wherever they go? If your answer is no, then better head up again and look at the GIF file or the movie I embedded here to see the acronym I used. If you actually noticed it, then good for you. Read on.
The acronym is spelled out as N – E – X – U – S and in the next part of my blog, I’m going to introduce you to the BEST Nexus phone ever! Google Nexus phones are created by different manufacturers but the BEST NEXUS PHONE since 2015 is still NEXUS 6P which is manufactured by HUAWEI.
Honestly, I really feel that Huawei is now on equal ground with major players like Samsung and Apple since they have released topnotch phones that are not only high quality but also not overpriced unlike their Samsung and Apple counterparts. Huawei will continue to be one of the 3 top manufacturers of cellphones for the next couple of decades.
Just imagine, while Samsung and Apple have recorded some losses, while Huawei have grown 64% annually. That QUALITY, FEATURES and PRICE POINTS of Huawei are its main ammo. A perfect example is the Huawei’s Nexus 6P.
The First P stands for PREMIUM. Since Huawei Nexus 6P has the number six before its Premium, I’d love to think that the other 5 P’s stands for PREMIUM QUALITY of the following:
. It has one of the highest megapixels, even higher than that of Samsung’s flagship phones plus its performance for night photography is very notable.
- 12.3MP rear camera (1.55µm)
- 8MP front camera (1.4µm)
. The 3450 mAh battery is definitely a premium feature of this phone because we all love to talk and play games when we’re bored.
- Capacity 3450 mAh
- Standby time: up to 440 hours
- Talk time: up to 23 hours
- Internet use time (Wi-Fi): up to 10 hours
- Internet use time (LTE): up to 10 hours
- Video playback: up to 10 hours
- Audio playback: up to 100 hours
- Fast charging: up to 7 hours of use from only 10 minutes of charging
. What can define premium more than a pure metal finish? Though it is pure metal, it is not at all slippery and the grip is perfect considering it has a bigger screen/display than other android phones.
. Powered by Google’s many apps and delivering instant updates partnered with premium and latest hardware and software, you will not doubt how the Huawei Nexus 6P can outperform phones within the same price range and it can even knock off some points from the flagship phones of the top brands.
. Quality is top notch but shall I say premium in reverse when it comes to PRICE? Everything about Huawei Nexus 6P is shouting PREMIUM, HIGH QUALITY and the BEST PHONE yet the price is at least $200 less than Samsung & Apple’s flagship phones. No wonder HUAWEI had a whopping 64% sales increase annually! So I guess, you already know where I’m going with the talk about the KING. The King I’m talking about is the KING OF ANDROID, Huawei Nexus 6P!
******
Here is a very quick look on what the KING OF ANDROID – Huawei Nexus 6P looks like.
Of course, we can’t really call someone or something a KING unless he/it can prove it’s “KINGSHIP” right? To prove that Huawei Nexus 6P is the King of Android let me show you its top 5 features below.
Let’s look closer into each feature as I discuss it one by one.
Night time presents a lot of challenges and one of them is getting a good picture of an awesome view during one of your tours or trips locally and abroad. Those who love to meet up with friends find it difficult to do groupfies and selfies to share their get together online. The reason for this is most cellphones are not built for night time photography.
They just do not have enough aperture and camera power to get clear shots when there isn’t enough light. This is where Huawei Nexus 6P comes in. Once you use Huawei Nexus 6P to capture citylights, etc., you’ll probably pat yourself in the back for buying a premium Android phone that won’t put a huge hole in your pocket.
Having the large 1.55μm pixels enables the Huawei Nexus 6P to capture more light even when there isn’t too much light in the first place. What’s even amazing is even if you are shooting at night, the images are still stunningly sharp! It’s the best phone to use when you never want to miss capturing an important moment, may it be during morning or night. Kind of like the first royal treatment right? If kings get to have neverending service morning until night, we can also get 24hours of amazing memory-capturing moments with Huawei Nexus 6P.
Rear Camera features:
- 12.3 MP
- 1.55 μm pixels
- f/2.0 aperture
- IR laser-assisted autofocus
- 4K (30 fps) video capture
- Broad-spectrum CRI-90 dual flash
- Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4 enclosure
- Slow motion at 240 FPS
Front Camera Features:
- 8 MP
- 1.4 μm pixels
- f/2.4 aperture
- HD video capture (30 fps)
The next awesome feature of Huawei Nexus 6P is its elegant and ergonomic design. There are currently 4 colors available (subject to availability per country), graphite (black), frost (white), matte gold and aluminum.
As mentioned in their site, Nexus 6P’s curved metal shell is crafted from aeronautical-grade anodized aluminium. Diamond chamfers encircle Huawei’s iconic hardware design, which is sculpted to accent a low-light-loving, powerful camera. So Full metal unibody for that premium feel.. check! Anodized Aluminium… check! 3D curved glass… check! Diamond chamfers for that awesome look and finish, check!
Huawei Nexus 6P definitely has the premium look and build, no wonder it deserves to be called the King of Android because aside from its hardware and software, it is premium and regal looking like a king. And going back to the royal treatment for Kings, the second one was Elegant and Functional Clothing Designs.
As you may have seen already, not only is Huawei Nexus 6P elegant looking, it is also ergonomically designed to meet our demands.
eXcellent Hardware and Software is already a given for Huawei Nexus 6P. It still has the best combination of the latest hardware and software available considering it was launched last year.
Remember the third royal treatment? eXcellent Service at a snap of their fingers. Similar to this, everything you need on a phone is just a few taps away, not to mention all the software and hardware are of high quality.
SINGLE USB TYPE-C:
The USB Type-C charger is reversible. It doesn’t matter which way is up as long as you fit it properly. It also has fast charging capabilities, a mere 10 minute of charging time is equivalent to 7 hours of minimal use.
Some of the notable hardware and software are the following:
- OS – Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- Latest version of Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 810 v2.1, 2.0 GHz octa-core 64-bit
- Adreno 430 GPU
- Dual speficied speaker (Front)
- 2 independent smart PA
- 3 microphone
- Nexus Imprint (Fingerprint sensor)
- 12.3MP rear camera (1.55µm)
- 8MP front camera (1.4µm)
- Accelerometer
- Barometer
- Proximity sensor
- Ambient light sensor
- Hall sensor
- Android Sensor Hub
- Gyroscope
- Single USB Type-C™
- RAM: 3 GB LPDDR4
- Internal storage: 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128 GB
Huawei Nexus 6P is very easy to use and best of all, it already has the Google Apps that are very useful to practically everyone. Take note though that you can minimize bloatware for unwanted apps. The Google apps come pre-installed so you can immediately use them with just a few taps.
For Kings, they have an Ultimate VIP treatment and service including First dibs on choice morsels, and products. When you use the Huawei Nexus 6P, you’ll feel like a VIP because OS updates, bug fixes etc. are immediately installed at around 24hours to your phone. While other top phones are going cuckoo over bugs and malwares possibly caused by non-updated OS, you are assured that your phone is always updated because Nexus phones are intertwined with Google so it would feel like getting a VIP pass.
Having the best Google Apps on the palm of your hand is awesome! No need to install much needed apps that you’ll need everyday. Use Google Photos to organize your photos, Google Camera App to Edit photos, Google Maps to find specific places, roads and any location, Google Mail or Gmail to access and send your emails, use Youtube to keep you entertained plus there are a lot of tutorials on Youtube that it’s also an educational tool. You can also use Google Chrome as your phone browser (it’s better because of plug-ins), you can download your favorite apps on Google Play, and store all your important files online via Google Drive. There are just so many very useful Google Apps and everything is installed conveniently inside the Huawei Nexus 6P.
What I really love is the NEXUS IMPRINT which is perfectly located at the back. You can also register five (5) fingers in case you get into some kind of accident and you’re unable to use your preferred finger. As seen in some video reviews online, it seems very fast and it recognizes the fingerprint in an instant.
And I don’t know if this is a security feature or not, but I believe the lack of memory card helps secure the user. Why? Who knows what pictures and videos you stored there and imagine the thief just getting the memory card and seeing everything. I honestly don’t like this because I normally take pictures of important documents and ID’s in case I lose them. Having everything store in the phone enables me to keep everything in check since not anyone can access it without my fingerprint.
Plus when the memory seems low I can just download everything or store them on Google Drive, which is already installed in the phone itself. That is debatable though but for me, it’s better that it doesn’t have one so I won’t be tempted to save important info in it.
Why is security so important?
Well, you’ll have the right to your privacy again knowing not anyone can access your phone without your fingerprint. You won’t have to worry about your friends, partner or kids doing something sneaky on your phone like buying online game items, downloading software you don’t know about, and you don’t have to be afraid that your pictures or videos would be used against you unless you send them yourself. It would save you from embarrassment in case your wife/husband sends something very private or personal. Also, important company files and secrets are safe because people wanting to view them would need your permission to access the files.
Similar to KINGS wherein security and safety are primary concerns (royal treatment means you’ll always feel secure and safe), Huawei Nexus 6P also has Security concerns in check via:
- NEXUS IMPRINT (Fingerprint security ID)
- Android Pay
- Encryption Engine
- Dedicated Keystore System
- Lack of memory card*
So you see, the royal treatment you could get when you live with any random king can be achieved when you LIVE WITH THE KING OF ANDROID ~ HUAWEI NEXUS 6P! So what are you waiting for? LIVE WITH THE KING now! 🙂

As for battery, although Samsung’s S7 Edge has the edge over the battery capacity, it still uses Li-ion or Lithium Ion. Li-Po or Lithium Polymer is more expensive and Li-ion simply because it is more flexible and is safer than the Li-ion. Others would disagree and claim it’s the same but it’s actually not. Here is an educational and actual comparison between the two as featured in batteryuniversity.com:
ADVANTAGES & LIMITATIONS OF LI-ION
Advantages
- High energy density – potential for yet higher capacities.
- Does not need prolonged priming when new. One regular charge is all that’s needed.
- Relatively low self-discharge – self-discharge is less than half that of nickel-based batteries.
- Low Maintenance – no periodic discharge is needed; there is no memory.
- Specialty cells can provide very high current to applications such as power tools.
Limitations
- Requires protection circuit to maintain voltage and current within safe limits.
- Subject to aging, even if not in use – storage in a cool place at 40% charge reduces the aging effect.
- Transportation restrictions – shipment of larger quantities may be subject to regulatory control. This restriction does not apply to personal carry-on batteries.
- Expensive to manufacture – about 40 percent higher in cost than nickel-cadmium.
- Not fully mature – metals and chemicals are changing on a continuing basis.
ADVANTAGES & LIMITATIONS OF LI-PO
Advantages
- Very low profile – batteries resembling the profile of a credit card are feasible.
- Flexible form factor – manufacturers are not bound by standard cell formats. With high volume, any reasonable size can be produced economically.
- Lightweight – gelled electrolytes enable simplified packaging by eliminating the metal shell.
- Improved safety – more resistant to overcharge; less chance for electrolyte leakage.
Limitations
- Lower energy density and decreased cycle count compared to lithium-ion.
- Expensive to manufacture.
- No standard sizes. Most cells are produced for high volume consumer markets.
- Higher cost-to-energy ratio than lithium-ion
